Our assisted living community is fully licensed by the state of Michigan. That means we follow stringent standards to keep our senior living residents safe and healthy. We also offer financial options to suit each resident’s needs.

Waterford Oaks is Approved for a Variety of Financial Plans

We are approved by the Area Agency on Aging 1-B (AAA 1-B), a nonprofit that has been helping seniors and their families in southeast Michigan for more than 45 years. Since we are one of their approved facilities, the AAA 1-B provides funding and support when residents’ personal funds run out.

We’re also Medicaid approved with the MI Choice Waiver Program, and we accept U.S. Veteran benefits. Through MI Choice Waiver, eligible adults who meet income and asset criteria can receive Medicaid-covered services.

All these options make us an affordable choice for many families—especially compared to larger skilled nursing facilities.
